Return & replacement
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products for free within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date you received your order.
If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to our contact page and fill the form, select 'Order information' as reason for contact and details the items you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason and the request as well as the order number.
You must specify if you want a replacement (in case of damaged goods or wrong product sent) or a refund (if you do not like the product).
We remind you that product that have clear signs of use won't be exchanged.
2. Look at your mailbox, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the return instructions, the label to be affixed on the box and all details to return the package.
3. Insert the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is, in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals , labels and tags still attached to the product.
4. Keep the receipt of the shipment.
5. The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and complete. If you requested a replacement, it will be shipped promptly and a new tracking number will be sent to you by email. If you asked for a refund, we will proceed with the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase.
